Speed of shipment - usually within one business day: Orders are charged to your credit card when shipped - usually within one business day of order receipt. Confirmation e-mails are automatically sent by the shopping cart when you submit your order.
Speed of shipment for custom handcrafted products Items such as insulated bottle totes, and any other handcrafted product can take up to one month to ship during gift seasons, Sept. - Dec., about a week other times of the year. Select Express delivery when you checkout if you’d like your gift sooner.
Order charges: Pat reviews and submits each transaction manually, because shipping/handling is often less than your order confirmation. Your card is charged when your order is shipped. Fabrics, notions, gifts, etc. are usually shipped within one business day of order receipt - often the same day!
Minimum purchase of fabric: 1/2 yard.

When you've bought the last piece of a fabric, you'll only be charged for what is shipped. For example, if there’s only .333 yard available, you’ll be charged for .333 yard - not .5 yard.
Shipping notification: Expect your Pat on the Back shipping notification from USPS.COM, UPS.COM OR FEDEX.COM with their name in the subject and from fields.
Express Deadline: Orders received by noon, MST are shipped within one business day of receipt and processing.
Refunds: You may exchange SALABLE merchandise in person - see the schedule page for Pat's next location. E-mail us with your concerns before ordering, please. No refunds on custom orders, nor on cut fabrics. Consider purchasing half yards if you're not certain of the fabric, or color.
Samples: Please order half yards of fabric if you would like a sample of a fabric.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected when orders are delivered within Arizona, and also when orders are taken in person, and remitted to local tax districts. When Pat is outside AZ, she collects & remits taxes to the tax authority where she is temporarily located. Sales tax is not collected when products are shipped from Arizona to another state. Sales tax is not charged on shipping/handling charges.
Custom bolt/wholesale orders: Contact Pat for availability, and custom shipping charges. Actual shipping/handling charges will apply, and may not be what is shown in the shopping cart
How to order from Pat on the Back:
If you plan to send a check, allow at least one week for check to clear before Pat ships your order. Pat will email you when the check/money order is received. For speedier delivery, and for best product availability, use a credit card.
- Call your order in to Pat: Add anything to your cart to see our phone number (Monday - Saturday 8 - 6 MST). Or, click Contact Pat to send an e-mail with your phone number and best time to reach you. E-mails with nothing in subject lines are assumed to be SPAM and automatically deleted.
We reserve the right to correct any typo or misprint related to, but not limited to products, product availability, product descriptions and/or product pricing. All prices are in US Dollars. Prices and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice and all listed items and SALE prices are subject to stock on hand.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Pat is NOT responsible for, nor is not aware of any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, or any other charges on International orders at your destination. Please make sure you are fully informed about any charges once your order reaches you. When you choose flat-rate or any other priority service, you are responsible for any loss due to postal service errors unless you have agreed to insure your parcel. Generally, parcels are insurable and trackable with the Express Service from the USPS. By placing your order you have acknowledged this responsibility. I have not yet had any international losses.
